We generally have multiple people involved in different projects, but not everyone always receives every email that needs to. Grexit allows us to create a shared email folder for a project (using labels) that syncs between everyone's gmail account so that everyone has access to the same information. Having a consolidated email folder accessible to everyone on the team has really simplified project management. And because it uses labels, individual messages can be assigned to multiple shared labels, allowing us to delegate tasks by adding a shared label with the teammember's name. In other words, everyone can scroll through the shared project folder and see labels next to each message identifying who needs to deal with the email/task.
